People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centred; Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives; Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies; Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you; Be honest and frank anyway.

What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight; Build anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous; Be happy anyway.

The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow; Do good anyway.

Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; Give the world the best you've got anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and the Creator; It never was between you and them anyway.

We present this plan as a clear, no-nonsense approach to CHANGING THE HUMAN CONDITION.

We can change the course of mankind by altering the "collective consciousness" of humanity. We can join together and change the current status-quo and replace hate, sickness, war and greed with an enlightened world of love, health, peace and prosperity.

There is no reason to continue the current politics of greed, hate and divisiveness ... we deserve better! For whatever our apparent differences, somewhere deep inside each of us, we already know the truth ... that we are all related, interconnected ... do harm to another and we ultimately harm ourselves. The power to change is with us - the people ... and it is time we take the future into our own hands (and away from the "power brokers" who profit from the misery of others).

By creating "thinking habits" that invisibly inhabit the background of the mind (as all habits do) ... we can alter our personalities and make positive contributions to the "collective consciousness".

It is important to realize that we are not "victims" on this planet ... we actually control our lives through our beliefs and expectations. This is demonstrated by a phenomenon called the placebo effect. It has been found that when a person "believes" a medication will work - then that is what happens!

The "placebo effect" is strong ... it accounts for miraculous cures at religious sites. It is interesting to note that the "placebo effect" is recognized by the medical industry and "must" be taken into account when testing new drugs ... however, the medical establishment is doing virtually no research into this phenomenon ... WHY??? ... And what kind of response do we get when we present a "spontaneous remission" to the medical industry? They arrogantly tells us that, "We must have erroneously diagnosed the diseaese to start out with." ... i.e., that it never existed to start out with!

And this - coming from people who know very little about the mysteries of the universe ... remember, it was only 50 years ago when much of Canada still did not have electricity run to houses. There are still people alive who lived before the first paved road was built. And, we still depend on the internal combustion engine to "power" our society - the same engine that was originally invented in the 1700's (during the time of Napoleon).

What I am getting at is this ... we cannot wait for the "power brokers" to come up with ways to advance the human condition because they have shown that they will not ... in fact, "they" will do everything they can to maintain the current situation which provides them with wealth and power.

The ultimate fate of mankind rests with us ... the "sheeple" ... we who are so easily led by those who mix truth with fiction. Those who seek to manipulate by confusing us ... they attain our confidence with words of truth that are followed-up with untruths that we tend to accept as fact.

Human beings communicate on many levels ... "words" are only one aspect! Body language and voice inflictions are much more powerful than the actual words being spoken. People tend to believe a speaker ... who is good looking ... who looks the listener in the eyes ... who has a strong voice ... who displays passion ... who does not stumble over his/her words ... who speaks with an authoritative tone ... who the listener can relate to ... etcetera, etcetera. Right-or-wrong, we tend to believe the message if it is "delivered" in the "right" way.

There are those who study human behaviour and know how to "deliver" information in the "right way" ... whether the messages they deliver are true, false, or exagerated. The Mind Sciences have shown us that we must be careful as to what we allow to enter our minds because most of our beliefs are formed without the involvement of our consciousness at all. In fact, most of our strongest beliefs were formed when we were very young (prior to 7-years-old).

Many of our deepest beliefs were formed at a very early age - through observation and acceptance of what parents (and others) told us was true. And, these beliefs continue to inhabit the background of our personality ... affecting our moods and attitudes for the rest our lives. Many of these deepest beliefs cannot even be remembered. But, even in the present, beliefs can still be "slipped-in" to our personality by repetition ... i.e., "Tell a lie often enough and people will start to believe it."

Marketers are constantly studying and devising ways to "slip" their ideas into our uncounscous to mix in with the thoughts and ideas that we hold as "true" in the hopes that they can affect our thinking (to sell us something).

In the right circumstances - these thoughts can bypass our defences and enter into our personality to carry extra "weight". Remember ... "we are the sum total of all the thoughts of our lifetime", but the thoughts that contribute the most are those that are "weighted" like ...

  • those that we believe to be "true"
  • those we associate with strong emotions or pain
  • those we repeat over-and-over to form "thinking habits"
  • those we chose to dwell upon when our "guard is down".

With this understanding, we can fight back and redistribute the power base back to "us" with "strategic", "energized" thoughts that accumulate and enter our personality to elevate and improve the "personality of mankind".

It is time to realize that the future lies with less concern for "material" wealth and more concern with "spiritual wealth".

The evolution of mankind will not come from technology ... but rather, from the "power of thought". Besides, what has technology really done for us? Are we any better off now than in 1960? We had automobiles, refrigerators, televisions, music, etcetera ... how are we better off now than we were then? What has technology given us? In fact, it could be argued that things are getting worse!

I spent a lot of time thinking about this ... I identified and prioritized the following "thoughts" by using "goal setting" methods. I did not want to make the goals "specific" due to any "unexpected consequences" that might occur (i.e., "Be careful what you wish for because you might just get it."). So, the thoughts I came up with (and I believe will benefit us the most) are ...

  • "LOVE"
  • "HEALTH"
  • "PEACE"
  • I cannot (and do not want to) predict the future with certainty ... but I do believe in "nudging" it in a certain direction. Over the "long run" I believe these ideas will benefit mankind without infringing on the rights of others.

If you accept the logic and sincerity of these "Goals" then we can move to the next step of incorporating them into our personalities to contribute to the "personality of mankind".

To all who are reading this I would like to suggest a way to improve our world and mankind in general ... I ask you to set aside 45 seconds in the morning - and 45 seconds in the evening to create powerful "thinking habits" that will be absorbed into your personality and elevate the consciousness of humanity ... and it is so easy to do!

Simply impregnate yourself with two phrases every day ...

    1. "Love, health, peace, prosperity." and,
    2. "Every day - and in every way - I am getting better and better and better"
    Do this twice a day."

The best time to implant thoughts and ideas in the mind is when you are "relaxed" and your guard is down ... this "state of mind" occurs just before sleep and just after waking. This is the "state" that occurs when people meditate or are hypnotized.

Therefore, the best time to say these phrases to yourself is after settling into your bed at night (prior to going to sleep) and again (in the morning) just prior to getting out of bed.

It is your choice ... BUT, either way, think about what you are saying as you say it. Do it in a quiet environment so your thoughts are not diluted by stress and anxiety.

Repeat the phrase three times ... research has shown that repeating a short phrase three times (and in different tones of voice) is most effective at implanting thinking habits into the mind ... so, the first time you say, "Love, Health, Peace, Prosperity" - say it like you would make a statement ... then, the 2nd time you say it - state it in a lower tone of voice ... then, the 3rd time you state it - say it with a "matter of fact" tone of voice. Do the same with the 2nd phrase.

Human beings create the worlds they live in through their "atttitudes" ... and their attitudes are a direct result of their "thinking". For example, the world you see is simply a reflection of yourself ... if you walk around with a frown on your face then those you come across will automatically put a frown on their face and reflect your world back to you. Then, you will assume that the world is a negative place. However, if you present a smile to the world - then, the reactions of people will convince you that the world is not such a bad place after all.

This was demonstrated to me a few years ago when my wife and I were driving down the Indiana Toll Road. We were arguing and I was not in a very good mood ... we came up to a toll booth and I rolled the window down with an attitude that was not going to be friendly to the toll taker. I looked up and saw a smiling face on a woman who immediately said, "Good Morning" ... and I found myself smiling back and greeting her in similar tone ... I was induced to reflect her world back to her.

People must take responsibility for thoughts that they "chose" to "dwell upon" ... those ideas that we think about over-and-over. These are the thoughts that make us who we are ... they are the thoughts that become our "thinking habits" to affect out moods and attitudes.

The mind sciences tell us that it takes approximately 21 days to form a habit through daily repetition and as much as 6-weeks to replace an old habit with a new one. But, once a habit is formed it remains in the background of the mind for the rest of our lives. For example, a few years ago I decided to take up bike riding - even though it had been decades since I last was on a bicycle. I was a little wobbly at first - but then it started coming back to me and I was soon riding comfortably.

Habits inhabit the background of consciousness and affect us throughout our lives ... those habits that we have discarded for new ones are still there - however, they lose much of their potency. The current habits are the ones that have the greatest impact on our personalities and because of this we are able to "design" who we are and who we will become.

In the field of Psychology, it is well-known that human beings live out their lives following subconscious scripts that are not unlike the scripts of a movie ... these scripts are called, "self full-filling prophecies".

The basic idea is that people create their lives based on the "expectations" they have. For example, if you think that bad luck always follows you around - then, this "expectation" creates unlucky situations for you. You find yourself doing or saying the wrong things to self sabatoage your successes ... or, if you believe that you are a lucky person - then, this expectation creates "lucky" circumstances where you might say the "right thing at the right time" to promote your successes.

Yes! The works of Dr. Masaru Emoto, a Japanese researcher, shows that your thoughts affect everything in, and around you. Mr. Emoto has written a profound book based on his worldwide research into the effects of thoughts on ice crystals . . . "The Message from Water". If you have any doubt then check out http://www.life-enthusiast.com/twilight/research_emoto.htm ... http://www.whatthebleep.com/crystals/

Much attention has been given to the "power of the mind" and it's virtually limitless capabilities. In this same "vein of thought" The "power of prayer" has been studied and it is now accepted that people concentrating on something will tend to make that "something" happen.

A famous radio personality (Art Bell) conducted an experiment with 9-million listeners ... he asked them to concentrate (at the same time) for rain to alleviate drout conditions that had been plaguing the desert region where he lived ... and sure enough - rain developed both times he conducted the experiment.

It is not a stretch of the imagination to assume that our thoughts affect more than us personally ... there is a "collective consciousness" that anyone who has ever gone to a frenzied hockey game at the Montreal Forum knows about ... i.e., how their own consciousness can be drawn into the crowd. This phenomenon was well known in the past as "mob mentality".

Further to this, people who participated in lynch mobs of the past found this to be true ... otherwise good people of the community would find themselves drawn into this "group consciousness".

If we can elevate ourselves with powerful "thinking habits" - then we can elevate the "group consciousness" that is mankind ... the better we are as people - the better is the whole of humanity. We are all a part of something that is greater than our individualism ... it is a "force" that connects us.

    Think of the possibilities ...

  • if many of us develop powerful "thinking habits" to elevate ourselves and mankind in general
  • if a number of us do this at the same time every day (as with the talk show host)
  • if we started thinking these phrases during "idle moments" of the day
  • if those among us who practice meditation and self-hypnosis added the phrases to their self-improvement routines
  • Think of the possibilities!

It is time to bring about an evolutionary leap ... it is time to stop the ridiculous state-of-affairs that has been plaguing mankind!

The concept of Love, Health, Peace, Prosperity can only be beneficial to an individual and to mankind in general ... let the fates decide how to dole out these thought forms and know that you are a better person because you have created a powerful thinking habit that works in the background of your mind to bring you the Love, Health, Peace and Prosperity that you deserve.

Wishing you all ... LOVE, HEALTH, PEACE AND PROSPERITY!
