POTASSIUM DEFICIENCIES
Potassium is a mineral that helps the kidneys function normally as well as aiding in normal heart function.
Pottasium is required by the body for proper utilization of oxygen.
It is used by the brain, nerves, spinal cord and joints.
Perhaps you have heard how important
it is to have iron in your body because of it's importance in the blood.
... well,
it turns out that potassium is even more important for the blood than iron!
Potassium is also required for the conduction of electrical impulses throughout
